"Switched to State Farm and Emily who works there was fantastic. Was able to get me life insurance, car insurance and home owners insurance and it came out better than just having car insurance elsewhere. This branch is incredibly helpful and hands on if needed."

"When I contact the Fabiola Sears State Farm agency, my call is always answered promptly, professionally and with a genuine desire to assist me. "Simply the best. Jerry helped me to save a great $$$ in very straight forward process and kindly walk thru all pieces. In recent hikes of insurance cost in Texas I forced to leave my 10+ yrs progressive service and switching whoever can serve my needs better. Yet I did not feel at home but drifting.. with Jerry's guidance and support I was able to achieve reasonable price for both my home and autos!!! Again thank you Jerry (Harvey) and your team!!!"

"I have never felt more taken care of by an insurance agent & office than I have by Fabiola and her team! In the past, getting insurance has always been an impersonal transaction & it was rare that I’d even talk to a human throughout the process. It’s been a night and day difference with Fabiola’s office, from receiving a quote onwards, because they actually took the time to explain my coverages to me, the various options I had available, and made sure that my family & I received the best coverage at the best value available. I was blown away, because for the exact dollar amount that I had been paying Allstate for ONLY auto insurance, I was able to get auto (with higher limits & better coverage!), renter’s AND two life insurance policies for myself & my husband! Everybody knows State Farm’s slogan (say it with me, “like a good neighbor, State Farm is there” ☺️), but after getting to know Fabiola & her awesome team, I actually believe it! 😍"

"Changed my mailing address but made sure principal on account stayed suddenly my bill goes up $40 and my mailing is my principal aswell. Took over 2 weeks to even get it fixed and they still wanted to new amount for insurance so I canceled it 1 day into the next month policy and they still kept the $40 + 1 day of coverage. It's 2024 and somehow can't get stuff fixed in the same week. The guy I talked to tried to help but it just seemed like he didn't have any power to do anything to help. After this happened read bunch of similar story's from statefarm on reddit. This was my first issue with them but I never had a claim and if adress changes is such a pain I could only imagine if I got in a wreck and needed to use my policy"

"Hi Michael, your location has A LOT to do with your premium. We don’t just take money because we want to charge you more, that’s not how insurance works. We charge a prorated amount based on the information provided the day you had coverage. Sometimes even if you cancel a policy or change, we are unable to retroactively remove that as coverage was provided! I’m sorry about any frustration or confusion that this caused you. Please call or email if we can be of more assistance "

"Major price gouging. Watch out for price increases. Requested response on my insurance policy and they were unresponsive."

"I went in to meet Jerry Harvey face to face and he expertly explained every aspect and item in my policy so that I was able to make the best decisions for myself and my home. We then combed through all available discounts to take advantage of those. It was a great experience and one I highly recommend for your insurance needs."

"I met with David Cook to review my auto and homeowner insurance policies to see how competitive State Farm is compared to other insurance companies. David and I went over each policy, and I am happy to report that State Farm beat other companies prices for comparable coverage. David was patient in answering all of my questions to my satisfaction. "Horrible customer service. I wanted to cancel my policy with them but they make it so difficult to cancel. They want to get on a call and waste my time. They also want the declaration page from another carrier. I haven't been asked for declaration by any other insurance provider. Just stay away from this agent..."

"Hi Ashish, I’m sorry you felt that the process was difficult. Believe it or not, the cancellation process requires that we fill out all the questions on the screen, just like every other transaction. My team is trained to make sure we gather all the information necessary to not make the process slower For you. Proving a declarations page is not uncommon in the industry, in fact this is a common practice that allows us to quickly look at the page and input the information we need. I will say that my team is also trained to make sure everyone gets treated with respect regardless of their demeanor, and your attitude towards my team was not super friendly, that didn’t help the process and it definitely was a waste of your time and ours. We wish you luck in your future endeavors. "
