"August 2025 is my renewal time, and I received an email from Adam Miller at the Fabiola Sears - State Farm Insurance Agency inviting me to review my policies. Initially, I ignored it, assuming the market conditions wouldn’t offer much opportunity to save on premiums. However, after a couple of follow-ups from Adam, I decided to reach out and explore my options. Since then, he has worked with me consistently and patiently, presenting multiple Auto and Home bundle options. In the end, he helped me save 15% on my total premiums at renewal. It was a great experience working with him, and I highly recommend reaching out if you have any insurance needs. ---------------------- 2024 -------------------------------------------------------------- Again June 2024, I had to contact Fabiola Sears State Farm agency for changes to my current policy. Emily Rodriguez from Fabiola Sears State Farm was amazing to work with. She took the time to understand my needs and did a policy upgrade which suits to me for now with current situations and complications. And suggested to revisit after few months so that she can save much better with explanations. I did feel she is very responsive and truly cares about their clients. She explained every detail in my policy and made this entire process seamless. Also I had to work with David Cook few months back to add a new vehicle to my current policy. He was very prompt and gave me all options to choose my coverages to match the rest. He make sure that all will have the same effective and end date so that it will be easy for me to monitor in furure .... I went to Fabiola Sears - State Farm Insurance Agent office in June 2022 to review my policies renewal documents and Fabiola provided valuable assistance by thoroughly explaining each coverage option, carefully going through them with me, and making adjustments based on my specific needs. Saving money is always a plus, and it's great that she was able to help me achieve that while ensuring I had adequate coverage.
